Description

Requirements

Responsibilities


  1. Team Leadership and Management:
    • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives.

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and consistently track and report on their progress.

  4. Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  5. Sales Process Optimization:
    • Streamline and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.

  6. Training and Development:
