Requirements

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Proficiency in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and social media management software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities.

Solid understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize strategies.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and business goals. This includes outlining content themes, posting schedules, and strategies to engage the target audience.

2. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text posts, images, videos, infographics, and interactive content.

3. Community Engagement: Monitor and actively engage with the audience on social media platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster meaningful conversations and build relationships with followers.

4. Audience Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of the target audience, staying updated on their preferences, behaviors, and trends. Use this information to refine the social media strategy and content.

5.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee social media campaigns and contests to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven improvements.

6. Social Media Advertising: Collaborate with the advertising team to create and manage paid social media campaigns. Utilize platforms' advertising tools to target specific demographics and maximize ROI.

7. Platform Management: Manage and maintain the company's presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

8. Analytics and Reporting: Regularly track, measure, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools. Prepare comprehensive reports showcasing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

9. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and best practices to ensure the company's social media strategies are innovative and effective.

10. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, content writers, and other relevant departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and a unified approach across all marketing efforts.
